“Little darlin’ It’s been a long, cold, lonely winter”, and our Public Affairs team have been hard at work covering all the wonderful achievements Northern Health has garnered over the past year. Writing and releasing over 250 iNews stories, crafting 1500 social media posts, and designing countless banners acknowledging every international day of recognition you could imagine, is no easy task. Not to mention coordinating numerous ministerial visits, planning major events that connect with our community, and producing podcast and video content praising the work done here at Northern Health on a global stage.

But, Here Comes the Sun and Because the sky is blue, the team have Come Together in agreement to not Carry That Weight over the Christmas/New Year period. Summer is calling and there’s just Something in the way she moves that they can’t resist.

Some may end up in an Octopuses Garden while others may simply enjoy Golden Slumbers, but rest assured the Public Affairs team will return from their audience with the Sun King refreshed and revitalised for 2026 on 12 January.
