People Matter Survey is now live

The People Matter Survey 2026 is officially live. All staff are encouraged to take part in the survey via this link.

At Northern Health, we aim to make every day at work meaningful and rewarding. Your experiences and insights truly matter, and they help shape how we grow and improve. Click here to watch a short video about the survey from Debra Bourne, Chief Executive.

The People Matter Survey gives you the chance to openly, and anonymously, share what’s going well and where we can strengthen – so together, we can build a positive, supportive and thriving workplace.

Your feedback gives us valuable insight into what enables our people to thrive and perform at their best. It helps us identify ways to strengthen our culture, leadership and wellbeing, and guides meaningful improvements across teams and services. Just as importantly, it allows us to track our progress over time and understand the real impact of the changes we make. Every response adds to a clearer, more complete picture of our organisation.

The People Matter Survey is now open until Thursday, 2 April. This year, we are aiming for a 50% completion rate across Northern Health. Reaching this target will ensure we have robust, reliable feedback to guide real and lasting improvements.

Your voice matters. By completing the survey, you are actively helping to shape the future of Northern Health and ensuring we continue to make every day a great day to work.

For more information, please visit the Northern Health People Matter Survey Intranet page. Need further info visit the NH People Matter Survey Intranet Page or click here to complete the survey.

Thank you for taking the time to contribute. Together, we can make a difference.
