MyKiosk: what’s next as campus visits wrap up
Over the past two months, Northern Health’s People & Culture team has been out and about across campuses, connecting with staff and providing face-to-face support with MyKiosk.
Through a series of pop-up help booths, the team has been helping staff get to know the platform, providing demonstrations and answering questions along the way.
As this stage of the MyKiosk rollout comes to a close, People & Culture would like to thank staff across Northern Health for taking the time to stop by, ask questions and share their feedback.
MyKiosk is the new name for SuccessFactors and Employee Central, Northern Health’s HR self-service platform.
While the name has changed, the way staff access and use the platform remains the same. Staff can continue to log in as usual, use the same app and access the same link for their information, approvals and workflows.
Chief People Officer Becc Hodges said the response from staff throughout the campus visits had been greatly appreciated.
“I want to thank everyone across Northern Health for the warmth and patience they have shown our team over the last two months. Rolling out a platform like MyKiosk is not just about a new name or a new look, it is about giving our people simpler, more direct access to the information and support they need. This is only the start. We will keep listening to your feedback and building on MyKiosk, so it continues to work better for you.”
While the pop-up booths may be wrapping up, the work behind MyKiosk is continuing.
People & Culture will continue to release updates, enhance existing features and look for ways to make the platform more user-friendly, informed by feedback from staff.
Staff can keep up to date with the latest improvements through the What’s New in MyKiosk intranet page.
Feedback is also welcome at MyKiosk@nh.org.au. Whether it is a suggestion, question or an idea for improvement, staff are encouraged to share their experience with the team.
For those who have not yet had a chance to meet the team, there are still four pop-up booths remaining.
Staff can check the booth timetable to find a session nearby and drop in for support, a demonstration or to have their MyKiosk questions answered.
Support does not end with the campus visits. A range of staff and manager guides is available through the MyKiosk intranet page, including information on:
- using MyKiosk on the web and through the app
- managing personal profile information
- generating a Statement of Service
- viewing payslips
- recruitment and payroll workflows for managers and their teams.
As the campus visits draw to a close, Northern Health’s MyKiosk journey is continuing, with staff feedback helping shape how the platform develops into the future.
Thank you to everyone who has stopped by, asked a question, shared feedback or taken the time to learn more about MyKiosk.
